Come be part of this workshop that explores the ways to use your data to enhance the quality and efficiency of your team’s performance. Learn how to facilitate your own data improvement conversations with your teams while creating a culture of accountability at the Management level, Site Coordinator level and Frontline staff level. You will learn what resources you need to lead your teams through a successful Planning with Data session. You have a good team now take them to GREAT with the right data conversation and your leadership.

(This event is open to Michigan 21st CCLC Grantees Only) Coaching is…guiding learning and growth towards a goal, with a MINDSET, through a PROCESS, using a set of SKILLS, and demonstrating COMPETENCY. The Weikart Center’s coaching method, Coaching for Continuous Improvement (C4CI), has been shaped by research as well as years of practical experience of coaches working in the field of youth development. You will learn how to grow a culture of performance accountability within your team through a low stakes infrastructure for continuous quality improvement. After completing this training program, you will: value the role of a coach in a continuous improvement process; be able to identify appropriate coaching approaches, strategies, and techniques; and be able to facilitate a coaching relationship with your team.

(This event is open to Michigan 21st CCLC Grantees Only) The Youth Work Methods summit is designed to support the AMAZING Improvement Plans your program site as created to implement during the spring and summer. These interactive hands on workshops will get your teams excited about the next steps to improve the quality of your programs. TACSS initiative will provide participants six Youth Work Method options to select from at the summit. Participants will have the opportunity to select 2 Youth Work Methods workshops to support their program goals. These workshops are open to all Out of School Time professionals working within your 21st CCLC programs. Come join the FUN!
