Lauri Celli has been serving the afterschool community for the past 15 years in Central Texas. She has been involved in many youth development organizations, such as Central Texas Afterschool Network (CTAN), Texas Afterschool Association (TAA), National Afterschool Association (NAA) and Ready by 21 Coalition. She is currently a Technical Assistance Consultant with Edvance Research and assist 21st CCLC grantees throughout the state through coaching and developing quality improvement systems. Prior to this, she was employed as the Youth Program Quality Coordinator for Austin ISD Afterschool Programs and the Project Director with Bastrop ISD. Ms. Celli has been involved in the Youth Program Quality Initiative since 2008 and has served as a trainer of trainers in Method Modules, as well as a Managing and Training Consultant for YPQ. In addition to employment in the afterschool arena, Ms. Celli has served on several advisory boards…all mentioned above. Ms. Celli holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Texas State University.
